Regulation of the Minister of Finance of January 23, 2002, amending the regulation on the detailed rules, procedure and deadlines for developing financial plans for tasks in the scope of government administration and other tasks entrusted to local government units by laws, and for transferring targeted subsidies to local government units for the implementation of these tasks.

Rozporządzenie Ministra Finansów z dnia 23 stycznia 2002 r. zmieniające rozporządzenie w sprawie szczegółowych zasad, trybu i terminów opracowywania planów finansowych zadań z zakresu administracji rządowej oraz innych zadań zleconych jednostkom samorządu terytorialnego ustawami oraz przekazywania jednostkom samorządu terytorialnego dotacji celowych na realizację tych zadań.
