Rozporządzenie Ministra Gospodarki oraz Ministra Spraw Wewnętrznych i Administracji z dnia 9 września 2002 r. w sprawie warunków sprzedaży materiałów wybuchowych, broni, amunicji oraz wyrobów i technologii o przeznaczeniu wojskowym lub policyjnym oraz zakresu i trybu kontroli przestrzegania tych warunków.
