Regulation of the Minister of National Education and Sport of September 10, 2002, amending the regulation on the rules for issuing and the forms of certificates, state diplomas, and other school documents, the procedure for their correction and issuance of duplicates, as well as the rules for legalizing documents intended for legal circulation abroad and the rules for fees for performing these activities.
Rozporządzenie Ministra Edukacji Narodowej i Sportu z dnia 10 września 2002 r. zmieniające rozporządzenie w sprawie zasad wydawania oraz wzorów świadectw, dyplomów państwowych i innych druków szkolnych, sposobu dokonywania ich sprostowań i wydawania duplikatów, a także zasad legalizacji dokumentów przeznaczonych do obrotu prawnego z zagranicą oraz zasad odpłatności za wykonywanie tych czynności.
