Regulation of the Minister of Labour and Social Policy of 5 February 2002 on the form of the document confirming the period and amount of remuneration, additional remuneration and contributions from these benefits received by members of parliament or senators, the composition of the accident investigation team examining the circumstances and causes of an accident while performing the mandate of a member of parliament or senator, and the scope of tasks of the Chancellery of the Sejm and the Chancellery of the Senate in relation to members of parliament or senators injured in such an accident.

Rozporządzenie Ministra Pracy i Polityki Społecznej z dnia 5 lutego 2002 r. w sprawie wzoru dokumentu potwierdzającego okres i wysokość pobieranego przez posłów lub senatorów uposażenia, dodatków do tego uposażenia i składek od tych świadczeń, składu zespołu powypadkowego badającego okoliczności i przyczyny wypadku przy sprawowaniu mandatu posła lub senatora oraz zakresu zadań Kancelarii Sejmu i Kancelarii Senatu w stosunku do posłów i senatorów poszkodowanych w takim wypadku.
