Regulation of the Minister of Interior and Administration of December 17, 2002 on the determination and change of official names of certain localities in the voivodeships: Lower Silesian, Kuyavian-Pomeranian, Lublin, Lubusz, Masovian, Opole, Podlasie, Pomeranian, Silesian, Świętokrzyskie, Warmian-Masurian, Greater Poland, and West Pomeranian, and a physiographic object in the Subcarpathian Voivodeship.
