Rozporządzenie Ministra Pracy i Polityki Społecznej z dnia 18 grudnia 2002 r. w sprawie szczegółowych zasad orzekania o stałym lub długotrwałym uszczerbku na zdrowiu, trybu postępowania przy ustalaniu tego uszczerbku oraz postępowania o wypłatę jednorazowego odszkodowania.
