Regulation of the Minister of Finance of April 29, 2002, on the rules for preparing quarterly and annual financial statements submitted to the supervisory authority by insurance companies, the form of these statements, and the method of confirming by the management board the compliance of these statements with the factual state.
Rozporządzenie Ministra Finansów z dnia 29 kwietnia 2002 r. w sprawie zasad sporządzania kwartalnych i rocznych sprawozdań finansowych przedstawianych organowi nadzoru przez zakłady ubezpieczeń, formy tych sprawozdań oraz sposobu potwierdzania przez zarząd zgodności tych sprawozdań ze stanem faktycznym.
