Regulation of the Minister of Health of May 24, 2002, on determining the information that an application for consent to not disclose the name of a cosmetic ingredient on the unit packaging should contain, and the form of this application.
Rozporządzenie Ministra Zdrowia z dnia 24 maja 2002 r. w sprawie określenia informacji, jakie powinien zawierać wniosek o wyrażenie zgody na nieujawnianie na opakowaniu jednostkowym nazwy składnika kosmetyku, oraz wzoru tego wniosku.
