Regulation of the Minister of Interior and Administration of 15 January 2002 on the list of designated premises intended for detained persons, in which pre-trial detainees and convicted persons may be placed separately, and the conditions that these premises must meet.
Rozporządzenie Ministra Spraw Wewnętrznych i Administracji z dnia 15 stycznia 2002 r. w sprawie wykazu wydzielonych pomieszczeń przeznaczonych dla osób zatrzymanych, w których mogą być odrębnie umieszczeni tymczasowo aresztowani i skazani, oraz warunków, którym pomieszczenia te muszą odpowiadać.
