Regulation of the Minister of Interior and Administration of 10 June 2011 on the method of documenting operational control conducted by the Police, storage and transfer of applications, orders and materials obtained during the application of this control, as well as processing and destruction of these materials.
Rozporządzenie Ministra Spraw Wewnętrznych i Administracji z dnia 10 czerwca 2011 r. w sprawie sposobu dokumentowania prowadzonej przez Policję kontroli operacyjnej, przechowywania i przekazywania wniosków, zarządzeń i materiałów uzyskanych podczas stosowania tej kontroli, a także przetwarzania i niszczenia tych materiałów.
