Umowa pomiędzy Rządem Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej a Europejską Agencją Kosmiczną w sprawie przystąpienia Polski do Konwencji o utworzeniu Europejskiej Agencji Kosmicznej i związane z tym warunki, podpisana w Warszawie dnia 31 lipca 2012 r., oraz Konwencja o utworzeniu Europejskiej Agencji Kosmicznej, sporządzona w Paryżu dnia 30 maja 1975 r.
