Resolution of the Council of Ministers of January 19, 1939, on appointing the Government's delegate on the basis of Art. 5 of the Decree of the President of the Republic of February 7, 1928 (Journal of Laws of the Republic of Poland No. 16, item 120) on entering ownership rights of Polish legal, ecclesiastical, and monastic persons into land and mortgage registers - for the Vilnius Archdiocese and the Pinsk Diocese.

Uchwała Rady Ministrów z dnia 19 stycznia 1939 r. o wyznaczeniu delegata Rządu na podstawie art. 5 rozporządzenia Prezydenta Rzeczypospolitej z dn. 7 lutego 1928 r. (Dz.U.R.P. Nr 16 poz. 120) o wpisywaniu do ksiąg hipotecznych praw własności polskich osób prawnych, kościelnych i zakonnych - dla Arcybiskupstwa Wileńskiego i Diecezji Pińskiej.
