Resolution of the Council of Ministers of July 7, 1945, on the exclusion of certain districts from the Western Pomerania, Masurian (East Prussia), and Lower Silesia Regions and the granting of powers of Government District Plenipotentiaries in the territories of these districts to the Voivodes of Gdańsk, Białystok, Pomerania, and Poznań.
