Resolution of the Presidium of the National Council of January 18, 1946, concerning the awarding of decorations in recognition of merits for the benefit of the Republic of Poland in organizational work, the creation of administration and self-government, the launching of education, and the reconstruction of Polish democratic statehood in the lands of the Silesian-Dąbrowa Voivodeship.
