Resolution of the Presidium of the National Council of January 18, 1946, concerning the awarding of decorations in recognition of merits for the benefit of the Republic of Poland in organizational work in the creation of state administration and self-government, the launching of higher education institutions, and the reconstruction of Polish democratic statehood in the lands of the Silesian-Dąbrowa Voivodeship.
