Regulation of the Minister of Industry and Trade of August 19, 1948, issued in agreement with the Minister of Finance and the President of the Central Planning Office on the establishment of a state enterprise named "Radom-Kielce District Energy Association".
Zarządzenie Ministra Przemysłu i Handlu z dnia 19 sierpnia 1948 r. wydane w porozumieniu z Ministrem Skarbu i Prezesem Centralnego Urzędu Planowania o utworzeniu przedsiębiorstwa państwowego pod nazwą "Zjednoczenie Energetyczne Okręgu Radomsko-Kieleckiego".
