Regulation of the Minister of Industry and Trade of October 25, 1948, issued in agreement with the Minister of Finance and the President of the Central Planning Office, on the establishment of a state enterprise under the name "Enterprise for the Construction of Coal Industry Mining Plants".
Zarządzenie Ministra Przemysłu i Handlu z dnia 25 października 1948 r. wydane w porozumieniu z Ministrem Skarbu i Prezesem Centralnego Urzędu Planowania o utworzeniu przedsiębiorstwa państwowego pod nazwą "Przedsiębiorstwo Budowy Zakładów Górniczych Przemysłu Węglowego".
