Order of the Minister of Industry and Trade of December 15, 1948, issued in agreement with the Minister of Finance and the President of the Central Planning Office on the establishment of a state enterprise under the name: "United Inorganic Industry Works - a separate state enterprise".
Zarządzenie Ministra Przemysłu i Handlu z dnia 15 grudnia 1948 r. wydane w porozumieniu z Ministrem Skarbu i Prezesem Centralnego Urzędu Planowania o utworzeniu przedsiębiorstwa państwowego pod nazwą: "Zjednoczone Zakłady Przemysłu Nieorganicznego - przedsiębiorstwo państwowe wyodrębnione".
