Regulation of the Minister of Industry and Trade of March 12, 1949, concerning supplies, works, and services for the State Treasury, local government, and certain categories of legal persons, issued in agreement with the Minister of Reconstruction, as to § 4, with the Minister of Finance, as to §§ 10, 12, and with the Director of the Control Office at the Council of State, as to §§ 11 and 12.
