Zarządzenie Ministra Skarbu z dnia 28 marca 1949 r. wydane w porozumieniu z Ministrami: Rolnictwa i Reform Rolnych, Przemysłu i Handlu oraz Handlu Wewnętrznego w sprawie ustalenia wykazu produktów rolnych oraz surowców i półwyrobów, niezbędnych dla rolnictwa lub przemysłu krajowego.
