Order of the Minister of Industry and Trade of March 30, 1949, issued in agreement with the Minister of Finance and the President of the Central Planning Office, on the merger of the state enterprise "Gdańska Fabryka Urządzeń Technicznych" with the state enterprise "Zakłady Mechaniczne im. Gen. Karola Świerczewskiego" and on the amendment of the Order of the Minister of Industry and Trade of September 15, 1948, on the establishment of the state enterprise under the name: "Zakłady Mechaniczne im. Gen. Karola Świerczewskiego".
Zarządzenie Ministra Przemysłu i Handlu z dnia 30 marca 1949 r. wydane w porozumieniu z Ministrem Skarbu i Prezesem Centralnego Urzędu Planowania o połączeniu przedsiębiorstwa państwowego "Gdańska Fabryka Urządzeń Technicznych", z przedsiębiorstwem państwowym "Zakłady Mechaniczne im. Gen. Karola Świerczewskiego" oraz o zmianie zarządzenia Ministra Przemysłu i Handlu z dnia 15 września 1948 r. o utworzeniu przedsiębiorstwa państwowego pod nazwą: "Zakłady Mechaniczne im. Gen. Karola Świerczewskiego".
