Order of the Minister of Industry and Trade of March 30, 1949, issued in agreement with the Minister of Finance and the President of the Central Planning Office, on the merger of the state enterprise: "Toruńska Fabryka Kotłów i Maszyn" with the state enterprise "Pomorskie Zakłady Budowy Maszyn" and on the amendment of the Order of the Minister of Industry and Trade of September 15, 1948, on the establishment of the state enterprise under the name "Pomorskie Zakłady Budowy Maszyn".
Zarządzenie Ministra Przemysłu i Handlu z dnia 30 marca 1949 r. wydane w porozumieniu z Ministrem Skarbu i Prezesem Centralnego Urzędu Planowania o połączeniu przedsiębiorstwa państwowego: "Toruńska Fabryka Kotłów i Maszyn" z przedsiębiorstwem państwowym "Pomorskie Zakłady Budowy Maszyn" oraz o zmianie zarządzenia Ministra Przemysłu i Handlu z dnia 15 września 1948 r. o utworzeniu przedsiębiorstwa państwowego pod nazwą "Pomorskie Zakłady Budowy Maszyn".
