Order of the Minister of Industry and Trade of March 30, 1949, issued in agreement with the Minister of Finance and the President of the Central Planning Office, on the merger of state enterprises: "Zakłady Przemysłu Metalowego "Nysa", "Świdnicka Fabryka Urządzeń Przemysłowych", "Kłodzka Fabryka Urządzeń Technicznych" and "Wrocławska Fabryka Pomp" with the state enterprise "Dolnośląskie Zakłady Budowy Urządzeń Przemysłowych".
Zarządzenie Ministra Przemysłu i Handlu z dnia 30 marca 1949 r. wydane w porozumieniu z Ministrem Skarbu i Prezesem Centralnego Urzędu Planowania o połączeniu przedsiębiorstw państwowych: "Zakłady Przemysłu Metalowego "Nysa", "Świdnicka Fabryka Urządzeń Przemysłowych", "Kłodzka Fabryka Urządzeń Technicznych" oraz "Wrocławska Fabryka Pomp" z przedsiębiorstwem państwowym "Dolnośląskie Zakłady Budowy Urządzeń Przemysłowych".
