Order of the Minister of Industry and Trade of March 30, 1949, issued in agreement with the Minister of Finance and the President of the Central Planning Office, on the merger of state enterprises: "Warszawskie Zakłady Kotlarsko-Mechaniczne", "Łódzka Fabryka Maszyn" and "Łódzka Fabryka Urządzeń Maszynowych" with the state enterprise "Warszawskie Zakłady Budowy Urządzeń Przemysłowych".
Zarządzenie Ministra Przemysłu i Handlu z dnia 30 marca 1949 r. wydane w porozumieniu z Ministrem Skarbu i Prezesem Centralnego Urzędu Planowania o połączeniu przedsiębiorstw państwowych: "Warszawskie Zakłady Kotlarsko-Mechaniczne", "Łódzka Fabryka Maszyn" oraz "Łódzka Fabryka Urządzeń Maszynowych" z przedsiębiorstwem państwowym "Warszawskie Zakłady Budowy Urządzeń Przemysłowych".
