Order of the Minister of Justice of January 15, 1949, issued in agreement with the Minister of Public Administration, on the date of entry into force of the law on civil courts in rural communes: Gołańcz, Witkowo, and Borowe, and the establishment of a single Civil Court: for the urban and rural commune of Gołańcz in Gołańcz, for the urban and rural commune of Witkowo in Witkowo, for the rural commune of Borowe and the urban commune of Mogielnica in Mogielnica.
