Order of the President of the Council of Ministers of September 26, 1949, on the organization and functioning of internal control in the Ministry of Foreign Trade and subordinate offices, institutions, and enterprises, issued in agreement with the President of the Supreme Audit Office at the request of the Minister of Foreign Trade.
