Regulation of the Minister of Justice of September 19, 1949, on the date of entry into force of the provisions of law on civil courts in rural communes: Jutrosin, Bojanowo, Polskawieś and Zbiersk and on the establishment of a single civil court: for the urban and rural commune of Jutrosin in Jutrosin, for the urban and rural commune of Bojanowo in Bojanowo, for the urban commune of Pobiedziska and the rural commune of Polskawieś in Pobiedziska, and for the urban commune of Stawiszyn and the rural commune of Zbiersk in Stawiszyn.

Zarządzenie Ministra Sprawiedliwości z dnia 19 września 1949 r. w sprawie terminu wejścia w moc przepisów prawa o sądach obywatelskich w gminach wiejskich: Jutrosin, Bojanowo, Polskawieś i Zbiersk oraz o utworzeniu jednego sądu obywatelskiego: dla gminy miejskiej i wiejskiej Jutrosin w m. Jutrosinie, dla gminy miejskiej i wiejskiej Bojanowo w m. Bojanowie, dla gminy miejskiej Pobiedziska i gminy wiejskiej Polskawieś w m. Pobiedziskach, oraz dla gminy miejskiej Stawiszyn i gminy wiejskiej Zbiersk w m. Stawiszynie.
