Order of the Minister of Heavy Industry of July 15, 1950, on the establishment of state enterprises under the names: "Zakłady Wyrobów Kutych - Huta Milowice", "Starobielska Fabryka Kos", "Fabryka Wyrobów Metalowych i Narzędzi Gospodarczych" and "Fabryka Wyrobów Nożowniczych".
