Zarządzenie Przewodniczącego Państwowej Komisji Planowania Gospodarczego z dnia 12 maja 1951 r. w sprawie finansowania w jednostkach organizacyjnych spółdzielczości wydatków na współzawodnictwo, nagrody indywidualne, wynagrodzenia za prace zlecone i udział w komisjach oraz popieranie ruchu racjonalizatorskiego.
