Regulation of the Minister of Finance of November 7, 1952, on the amount and principles of calculating default interest on arrears due from economic (organizational) units of the socialized economy and on determining cases of waiving the collection of such interest.
Zarządzenie Ministra Finansów z dnia 7 listopada 1952 r. w sprawie wysokości i zasad obliczania odsetek za zwłokę od zaległości należnych od jednostek gospodarczych (organizacyjnych) gospodarki uspołecznionej oraz określenia przypadków zaniechania poboru tych odsetek.
