Regulation No. 81 of the Chairman of the Council of Ministers of April 21, 1952, on authorizing the state enterprise "Exhibition and Trade Enterprise" to place orders with persons not listed in § 8 of the Council of Ministers' regulation of February 19, 1949, on supplies, works, and services for the State Treasury, local government, and certain categories of legal persons, to release from the obligation to secure contracts, and to grant advances, and on the method of placing orders through non-tender procedure.

Zarządzenie nr 81 Prezesa Rady Ministrów z dnia 21 kwietnia 1952 r. w sprawie upoważnienia przedsiębiorstwa państwowego "Przedsiębiorstwo Wystaw i Targów" do udzielania zamówień osobom, nie wymienionym w § 8 rozporządzenia Rady Ministrów z dnia 19 lutego 1949 r. w sprawie dostaw, robót i usług na rzecz Skarbu Państwa, samorządu oraz niektórych kategorii osób prawnych, do zwalniania od obowiązku zabezpieczania umów i do udzielania zaliczek oraz w sprawie sposobu udzielania zamówień w trybie bezprzetargowym.
