Resolution No. 1172 of the Council of Ministers of December 20, 1952, on extending to banks and municipal cooperative savings banks the provisions of the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of January 20, 1950, concerning the rights and obligations of chief (senior) accountants of socialized enterprises and establishments.
