Order No. 74 of the Chairman of the Council of Ministers of June 2, 1953, on authorizing the state enterprise "Enterprise of Exhibitions and Fairs" to place orders with persons not listed in § 8 of the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of February 19, 1949, on supplies, works, and services for the State Treasury, local government, and certain categories of legal persons, to exempt from the obligation to secure contracts, and to grant advances, and on the method of placing orders through non-tender procedures.

Zarządzenie nr 74 Prezesa Rady Ministrów z dnia 2 czerwca 1953 r. w sprawie upoważnienia przedsiębiorstwa państwowego "Przedsiębiorstwo Wystaw i Targów" do udzielania zamówień osobom nie wymienionym w § 8 rozporządzenia Rady Ministrów z dnia 19 lutego 1949 r. w sprawie dostaw, robót i usług na rzecz Skarbu Państwa, samorządu oraz niektórych kategorii osób prawnych, do zwalniania od obowiązku zabezpieczania umów i do udzielania zaliczek oraz w sprawie sposobu udzielania zamówień w trybie bezprzetargowym.
