Zarządzenie Ministra Handlu Wewnętrznego z dnia 15 grudnia 1953 r. w sprawie upoważnienia przedsiębiorstw podległych Centralnemu Zarządowi Handlu Artykułami Fotograficznymi i Precyzyjno-Optycznymi do skupu kaset po filmach małoobrazkowych u osób nie wymienionych w § 8 rozporządzenia Rady Ministrów z dnia 19 lutego 1949 r. w sprawie dostaw, robót i usług na rzecz Skarbu Państwa, samorządu oraz niektórych kategorii osób prawnych.
