Zarządzenie Ministra Handlu Zagranicznego z dnia 26 sierpnia 1954 r. zmieniające zarządzenie z dnia 24 stycznia 1953 r. w sprawie upoważnienia niektórych urzędów celnych do orzekania w sprawach karnych skarbowych oraz w sprawie ustalenia okręgów właściwości miejscowej tych urzędów.
