Regulation No. 96 of the Chairman of the Council of Ministers and the Chairman of the State Planning Commission of May 5, 1955, amending the regulation of September 11, 1953, concerning the principles of planning and settling additional costs related to the employment of employees from outside the locality and determining the amount of these costs in construction and assembly production.
