Order of the Minister of Health of November 29, 1954, amending the order of March 19, 1953, on the determination of the form of deposit receipts issued as security for the return of used bottles (vials) after certain antibiotics, as well as after insulin, sera, vaccines, the method of accounting for deposits, and the method of transferring certain categories of bottles.
Zarządzenie Ministra Zdrowia z dnia 29 listopada 1954 r. zmieniające zarządzenie z dnia 19 marca 1953 r. w sprawie ustalenia formy pokwitowań kaucyjnych wydawanych na zabezpieczenie zwrotu zużytych butelek (fiolek) po niektórych antybiotykach, jak również po insulinie, surowicach, szczepionkach, sposobu ewidencjonowania kaucji oraz sposobu przekazywania niektórych kategorii butelek.
