Zarządzenie Ministra Transportu Drogowego i Lotniczego z dnia 27 czerwca 1955 r. w sprawie wprowadzenia w życie instrukcji dla wydziałów komunikacji drogowej prezydiów rad narodowych w sprawie sprawozdawczości statystycznej z ilości wydanych oraz cofniętych pozwoleń na prowadzenie pojazdów mechanicznych.
