Zarządzenie Ministra Komunikacji z dnia 21 marca 1958 r. zmieniające zarządzenie z dnia 21 grudnia 1955 r. w sprawie określenia kategorii pracowników resortu kolei uprawnionych do korzystania ze świadczeń kolejowej służby zdrowia oraz w sprawie określenia zakresu i warunków udzielania tych świadczeń.
