Order of the Ministers of Higher Education, Health, Education, Foreign Affairs, and the President of the Main Committee for Physical Culture of September 19, 1959, on determining the detailed conditions that candidates for auxiliary scientific staff in higher education institutions should meet, and the conditions and procedure for their appointment and dismissal.
