Order No. 17 of the Chairman of the Council of Ministers of February 4, 1959, on the procedure for coordinating permits with mining authorities for changing the economic character of real estate located within a mining area, and for constructing or rebuilding buildings and installations on such real estate.
Zarządzenie nr 17 Prezesa Rady Ministrów z dnia 4 lutego 1959 r. w sprawie trybu postępowania przy uzgadnianiu z urzędami górniczymi zezwoleń na zmianę gospodarczego charakteru nieruchomości, położonej w obrębie obszaru górniczego, oraz na wzniesienie lub przebudowę budowli i urządzeń na takiej nieruchomości.
