Order of the Chairman of the Planning Commission at the Council of Ministers of April 19, 1961, on extending the list of fields of study and areas of employment for which endowed scholarships should be 20% higher than ordinary total scholarships.
Zarządzenie Przewodniczącego Komisji Planowania przy Radzie Ministrów z dnia 19 kwietnia 1961 r. w sprawie rozszerzenia wykazu kierunków studiów i dziedzin zatrudnienia, na których stypendia fundowane powinny być wyższe o 20% od stypendiów zwyczajnych całkowitych.
