Zarządzenie Ministra Finansów z dnia 15 maja 1961 r. w sprawie szczegółowych zasad i trybu rozliczeń przedsiębiorstw gospodarki komunalnej z budżetami terenowymi z tytułu wpłat z zysku, dopłat budżetowych oraz dokonywania odpisów na fundusze: rozwoju, rezerwowy i inwestycyjno-remontowy.
