Uchwała nr 142 Rady Ministrów z dnia 11 kwietnia 1962 r. w sprawie opracowywania i zatwierdzania dokumentacji technicznej konstrukcji nowych maszyn i urządzeń przeznaczonych do produkcji wielkoseryjnej lub masowej oraz niektórych maszyn i urządzeń szczególnie ważnych dla gospodarki narodowej.
