Zarządzenie Ministra Zdrowia i Opieki Społecznej z dnia 17 kwietnia 1965 r. zmieniające zarządzenie w sprawie sposobu i porządku przedstawiania wniosków o nadanie odznaki "Za wzorową pracę w służbie zdrowia", wzoru rysunkowego tej odznaki i jej wymiaru, trybu wręczania i sposobu jej noszenia.
