Resolution No. 18 of the Council of Ministers of January 27, 1967, on authorizing the Chairman of the Planning Commission at the Council of Ministers to regulate certain issues regarding the general conditions of sale and delivery contracts related to foreign trade in a manner deviating from the Civil Code.
Uchwała nr 18 Rady Ministrów z dnia 27 stycznia 1967 r. w sprawie upoważnienia Przewodniczącego Komisji Planowania przy Radzie Ministrów do uregulowania niektórych zagadnień w zakresie ogólnych warunków umów sprzedaży oraz umów dostawy związanych z obrotem z zagranicą w sposób odbiegający od kodeksu cywilnego.
