Order of the Ministers of National Defence and Internal Affairs of October 10, 1968 on the establishment of lists of diseases related to military service and periods in which disability may arise from illness after release from military service.
Zarządzenie Ministrów Obrony Narodowej i Spraw Wewnętrznych z dnia 10 października 1968 r. w sprawie ustalenia wykazów chorób pozostających w związku ze służbą wojskową oraz okresów, w których po zwolnieniu ze służby wojskowej może powstać inwalidztwo wskutek choroby.
