Zarządzenie Ministra Handlu Zagranicznego z dnia 2 lipca 1969 r. w sprawie ustalenia przedsiębiorstwa upoważnionego do dokonywania zgłoszeń wynalazków do opatentowania za granicą, wykonywania praw z patentów uzyskanych za granicą oraz nabywania od osób zagranicznych praw z patentów uzyskanych w Polsce.
