Zarządzenie Ministra Finansów z dnia 16 kwietnia 1970 r. zmieniające zarządzenie w sprawie zasad i trybu dokonywania przez przedsiębiorstwa państwowe odpisów na fundusz rozwoju i fundusz inwestycyjno-remontowy z tytułu produkcji wyrobów oznaczonych znakami jakości.
