Zarządzenie Ministra Finansów z dnia 30 stycznia 1971 r. zmieniające zarządzenie w sprawie stosowania przepisów ustawy dewizowej do osób czasowo przebywających za granicą lub w kraju oraz zezwolenia dla tych osób na niektóre czynności obrotu wartościami dewizowymi.
